Iyaalu provides AI-powered business automation services through a customised AI workforce designed to help businesses increase revenue, reduce operating costs, and operate more efficiently.

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

• AI workforce deployment
• AI business assistants
• Sales and lead generation
• Social media management
• Email marketing and automation
• Business research
• Reporting and analytics
• Workflow automation
• Business integrations

Service features vary depending on your selected plan.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or your organisation.

By using Iyaalu, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities carried out under your account
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorised access

Every customer receives a customised AI workforce configured within the capabilities of their selected plan.

The exact configuration, specialist AI agents, workflows, and integrations may differ between customers depending on business requirements.

Although our AI workforce can automate many business processes, final business decisions remain the responsibility of the customer.

You agree not to use Iyaalu to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Distribute malicious software
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data
• Generate unlawful, misleading, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Abuse or interfere with the operation of the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including, but not limited to:

• Email providers
• Social media platforms
• Messaging platforms
• CRM systems
• Payment providers
• AI model providers

Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies.

Subscription fees, setup fees, and other charges are payable according to your selected plan.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payments are non-refundable.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance.
• Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

All software, branding, designs, workflows, documentation, website content, and technology developed by Iyaalu remain the intellectual property of Iyaalu unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers retain ownership of their own business data and content.

We understand that your business information is confidential.

Both parties agree to protect confidential information and not disclose it to unauthorised third parties except where required by law or necessary to deliver the agreed services.

While we strive to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Scheduled maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect service availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iyaalu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the services giving rise to the claim during the preceding three months.

Either party may terminate the service in accordance with the applicable subscription agreement.

Upon termination:

• Access to services may be suspended.
• Outstanding fees remain payable.
• Certain data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Iyaalu operates, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
